3. Prices All prices are listed in euros (€) inclusive of all taxes (VAT included). Avelia reserves the right to modify its prices at any time without notice. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time the order is confirmed.
4. Orders Any order placed on our website constitutes acceptance of these terms of sale. Avelia reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of an existing dispute, unpaid payment, or suspicion of fraud.
5. Payment Payment is due immediately upon ordering. We accept the following payment methods: credit/debit card, and any other method available at the time of payment via our secure platform Shopify Payments.
6. Delivery Orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery times are 7 to 15 business days depending on the destination in Europe. For more details, please refer to our Shipping Policy.
7. Right of Withdrawal In accordance with European legislation, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
8. Warranties Our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, in accordance with the legal provisions in force in the European Union.
